Vice president - sales & marketing

  • Develop annual sales and marketing and communications plans for developing business and goal achievement in support of Cooperative’s strategy and objectives.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales and marketing and communication policies and practices.

Logistics coordinator

  • ‚ÄčAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and recent dispatching and driver supervision experience.
  • Working knowledge of tractor trailer trucks and liquid, hopper bottom and pneumatic trailers.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Laws (Iowa & Minnesota) pertaining to trucking and hazardous material distribution.

administrative assistant

*New Fulltime Position*
  •  Assist in the performing of front desk/receptionist duties in a professional and friendly manner, including answering phones, communicating messages, and greeting and assisting customers and visitors as necessary.
  • Prepare customer contracts, settlements and issue settlement checks as needed. Ensure settlements are made following all state requirements.


Delivery driver (Feed) 

  • Positions available at the following locations:  Ayrshire
    • Class A CDL License required and current DOT physical.
    • Experience preferred

delivery driver (GRAIN) 

  • Positions available at the following locations: Havelock/Pocahontas & Graettinger/Ruthven/Wallingford/Terril
    • Class A CDL License required and current DOT physical. Hazmat endorsement preferred.
    • Experience preferred


DELIVERY DRIVER (Refined fuels)

  • Positions available at the following locations: Estherville
    • HS Diploma or GED, and one to three years of related experience or training
    • Class A CDL with required hazmat endorsement or able to obtain.

Delivery driver (propane)

  • Positions available at the following locations: Pocahontas
    • HS Diploma or GED, and one to three years of related experience or training
    • Class B CDL required with Hazmat Tanker and Airbrake endorsements.

Operations  worker ii

  • Positions available at the following locations: Graettinger & Havelock
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience.
    • Class A CDL with required endorsement or able to obtain one within 30 days preferred.


  • Positions available at the following locations:  Gilmore City - Seasonal
    • Accountable to perform a variety of work in the basic auto maintenance and repair.
    • Valid state motor vehicle driver’s license required. Experience preferred.

Crop production specialist

  • Make sound recommendations to customers by presenting Agronomy solutions, products, services, and/or concepts in order to maximize returns for the customers.
  • Develop and maintain a current list of customers and prospects and rate them based on potential size of operation, credit worthiness, and other pertinent marketing information.
  • 60 - 70% of time will be spent on sales calls or in the country
